Clear audio required prior to submission. Audio that is unclear is subject to an additional per-page rate.
Payment required immediately for first-time and one-off assignments.
Business days: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
Invoices sent bi-weekly on the 1st and 15th of each month, with payment due within 15 days.
An itemized invoice arrives on the 1st of each month for the prior month's work.
Preferred payment methods: PayPal and Zelle.
A reminder will be sent before payment is due on any outstanding invoices.
